About me

Doodle courtesy of http://www.ilovedoodle.com, thank you Lim Heng Swee!

Hello, I am ioanna 🙂

I need to confess, bios make me nervous.

See this is the part where I talk about myself and it’s always so weird, either it’s a full lenght about me page or a tiny Twitter bio.

Hey, maybe someone else can do this for me! Let me google that… “bio writer”, “about me page professional writer”, “someone please write my bio for me”.

Ok, ok I’ll stop….

♠ Who i am ♠

What you may want to know about me:

  • Working remotely in the startup world as the CMO @ InstaShop
  • Social Media Marketing & Customer service make me happy
  • I studied engineering
  • I loooooove cats
  • I paint cows (seriously)

What you may not want to know about me:

  • I cut my hair by myself (obviously!)
  • I can sleep for more than 10 hours straight

My life portOfolio is the place I share my life lessons,  the things I pick up and leave behind on the way. The place I write about anything I find interesting, illustrations and doodles, startup experiences, my thoughts and obsessions, interesting stuff I come across in my real
or virtual journeys.

Thank you for visiting!
Would you like a cup of coffee?

  4. Darling Ioanna, Good morning! Today I was happily surprised to find out that I was nominated by a fellow blogger for the “Very Inspiring Blogger” Award. This involves some kind of participation (as you probably already know)! One of the things I had to do was to propose 15 bloggers for the same award. You just pooped into my mind with your wonderful, inspiring blog and all your lovely comments and help you ‘ve offered me! So, there you go my friend! Participate! http://goomfh.wordpress.com/2012/11/19/728/ This is a link to my page, where you will find the instructions! Thank you for being such a friend and an inspiration to me! 🙂

    • Well, awards are a tricky thing indeed! It depends on you though, on how you are going to treat them. I simply don’t follow the rules! 😛
So you decided not to write about it? Cause i checked and there is no ‘Losing my Award Virginity’ post…

      • Sorry, but after I’d started I thought, “Why am I doing all this work?” Sure it’s nice to be recognised bur blog t all this ‘pass it on to eleven others’ just reminded me of chain letters and I thought better of it. I still love your blog though! And your pyjamas! 🙂

    • Thank you my friend! I am always flattered! 🙂 🙂 🙂 I have a funny relationship with awards… but i accept and write about them. I just have to find the time and inspiration fro this one! 🙂

  7. hi Ioanna, thank you so much for your encouragement and finding the time to look into my posts and even liking them. its an honor for me that you followed back, thanks again!

  8. Being that this is my first visit to your world I must admit up front you seem to be a delightful creature. I wish that more of us retained the youthful things that make us happy. I started off as a doodler about 60 years ago and allowed it to take me many places. It progressed into photography as my lifelong passion. Never underestimate the power of doodling. May it grow & flourish! 🙂 -Bob

    • Thank you so much Bob! That was a very flattering comment….. i am blushing a bit…..! I am very happy i found your blog, your photography is very exceptional yet so real and alive! 🙂
I am trying to keep everything that makes me happy in a simple way, in my life. Painting is one of them! 🙂

  9. Thank you for checking out the bacon and lorne. Your blog is stunning and I dont use that word lightly. I wish I could paint, I did try painting once and it looked like a 3 year old had free range in a paint factory. 😀

    • Thank you so much for your kind words! I really enjoyed visiting your blog, i would really like to visit your kitchen too, your bacon and lorne looked delicious!!! 🙂
As for your painting skills, Picasso used to say that the toughest kind of painting is that of a child, one of a kind! 😉

talk to me! :)
